We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in Siliguri. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling client inquiries and concerns, processing service requests, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client queries accurately and in a friendly manner.
- Follow up with potential customers/leads to track the progress of proposals.
- Develop a strong understanding of sales, marketing, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with other departments and share best practices within the team.
- Facilitate communication between clients, the service delivery team, and the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
- Track client satisfaction and collect feedback to improve the onboarding process.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Create a positive and seamless onboarding experience to support long-term client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Strong client service and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new systems.
- Prior experience in sales, especially with a UK-based company, is a plus.
- Basic understanding of finance.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Experience in a client-facing role is an advantage.
- Must hold a master’s degree in any specialisation.
